What we will do
- Put in place procedures for dealing with emergencies that may arise.
- Support the safe and early return to work of injured employees.
- Consult with staff, the union and their representatives on all HSQ&E matters.
- Maintain an understanding of HSQ&E management and responsibilities relative to their positions.
- Take steps to reduce waste and minimise energy & raw material usage.
- Take all practicable steps to prevent pollution.
- Strive for service quality excellence.
- Establish periodical reviews for HSQ&E targets and initiatives, with the aim of continuous performance improvement.
- Comply with the Health & Safety in Employment Act, Environmental Legislation & Acts, and associated regulations, codes of practice, guidelines and standards.
- Accurately record, investigate and implement effective controls for all harmful events or near-hit incidents.
- Take all practicable steps to eliminate, isolate or minimise harm from hazards.
- Work with all clients to ensure their place of work is safe and to implement safety inductions and education.
- Provide employees with HSQ&E information, training, education and supervision.

- Report work related HSQ&E events promptly and accurately, including harm, injuries, near-hits and incidents.
- Adopt safe work practices and follow company HSQ&E policy, procedures and rules.
- Encourage others to do the same.
