Our staff are inducted and tested, questioned and fully assessed, briefed and guided before they start with you. Our checklist includes;
Mh2 Welcome and Orientation
We do thorough work history reference checking on all our candidates.
All of our candidates are required to do a Ministry of Justice check.
We administer a drug and alcohol screening to national standards for jobs that require it.
ACC injury history investigation check and we require our candidates to complete a physical impairment and medical questionnaire.
Numeracy and literacy testing.
We provide relevant Health and Safety training for staff that are job and site specific.
